Yay your service is complete! To maintain your brows and get the best healed results it’s mandatory that you follow the aftercare instructions exactly. Please be patient to see your final results they will be fully healed in about six weeks!

  • Please remember that your brows are gonna be very dark in the first couple of days after the service, don’t panic! Once completely healed they are going to fade about 40%
  • Some swelling, redness and whiteness around the treatment area is normal. It can last for a few hours to a few days. The swelling can alter the shape slightly, please wait for all swelling to go down before judging any unevenness.
  • Remember that your brows are open wounds and after a couple of days your brows are going to start scabbing over and peeling/flaking please avoid touching the brows at this time. For best results you will let the brows flake off on their own. Once the brows have completely flaked off it will look like the pigment has disappeared but do not worry after a week or two the pigment will start to come back and you will see your final results.
  • At this time if there’s any adjustments that you want to make to your brows (any patchiness, color, slightly adjusting the shape) you will address this at your touchup appointment which is scheduled 6 to 12 weeks after the initial service. Please remember that permanent makeup is a multi step process and a touch up is required. after the initial touchup appointment a touchup is recommended every 1 to 3 years. Please remember that everybody retains pigment differently.

Please follow these steps exactly!

  • Once the service is complete you are to keep the brows dry for 10 day. This includes sweating and in the shower.
  • Refrain from heavy exercise that produces sweat around the brows for 10 days.
  • Avoid getting the brows wet when washing your face and in the shower. You will receive face shields for when you wash your hair.
  • Avoid putting your brows in direct sunlight for 10 days as well (wear a hat). After this apply sunscreen if needed
  • Retinol, glycolic acid, lactic acid, bhas and ahas and any type of exfoliating products should be avoided around the brow area for 6 weeks. They should be avoided on the brows in general after healing to help maintain the color.
  • Avoid using Latisse, grande lash, or any type of hair growth serum on the brow area for 30 days before and after service.
  • Keep your pillowcase clean and avoid sleeping on your face for the first 10 days.
  • Wait two weeks before waxing or threading.
